Scheduling

We take best possible care to keep the schedule and not to keep you waiting. Still there can be unintentional delays, in which case we will appreciate your patience and understanding. If you are undergoing toothache, we are keen that you will be examined that day.

Cancellations

If you cannot visit us on the fixed appointment time, kindly let us know at least prior to 48 hours. Another patient can then get your appointment.

Dental Insurance Plan

We file an insurance plan in our patients’ interest. If you are thinking of using insurance, kindly contact our office and we will be glad to help you in terms of obtaining a detailed data. It should be remembered that the amount of insurance coverage depends on the plan you have. The payment will be collected from the responsible person in our records and not from the insurance policy-holder.

Financial Policy

We are committed to two things, viz. best service to our patients and lowest possible cost, so that our patients may enjoy the savings. You are expected to give the most appropriate insurance information and tell us if there is any change. You are also expected to pay at the time of the treatment.
